3003 curtain wall building aluminum coil is an AL Mn alloy, which is one of the most widely used anti rust aluminum materials. It has the following physical properties and chemical element characteristics:

Physical properties: 3003 aluminum coil has high plasticity in the annealed state, with good plasticity during semi cold work hardening and lower plasticity during cold work hardening. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but its mechanical properties can be improved by cold working methods. In addition, it has good corrosion resistance and weldability, but poor machinability. ‌
Chemical elements: 3003 aluminum coils are mainly composed of aluminum, manganese, iron and other elements, with aluminum accounting for more than 90% of the content. The specific chemical composition includes 0.60% silicon (Si), 0.70% iron (Fe), 0.05-0.20% copper (Cu), 1.0-1.5% manganese (Mn), 0.10% zinc (Zn), as well as impurities with individual elements not exceeding 0.05% and a total not exceeding 0.15%, with the balance being aluminum (Al). ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌
