3003 series aluminum strip is a common product of aluminum-manganese alloy series. It has excellent anti-rust properties due to its manganese alloy element, and is also called anti-rust aluminum strip. The strength is about 10% higher than 1100, and the formability, weldability and corrosion resistance are all good. It is used for processing parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and good weldability, or work that requires these properties and higher strength than 1XXX series alloys, such as kitchen utensils, food and chemical product processing and storage equipment, tanks and cans for transporting liquid products, various pressure vessels and pipes processed with thin plates, general utensils, heat sinks, cosmetic panels, photocopier rollers, and ship materials.

3003 is an AL-Mn alloy, which is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum), and it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, so cold working methods are used to improve its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity in semi-cold hardening, low plasticity in cold hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability. It is mainly used for low-load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability and work in liquid or gas media, such as mailboxes, gasoline or lubricating oil pipes, various liquid containers and other small-load parts made by deep drawing: wire is used to make rivets.

This product is often used in humid environments such as outer packaging, mechanical parts, refrigerators, air conditioning ventilation ducts, etc. This product has good anti-rust ability
