1100 is industrial pure aluminum with an aluminum content (mass fraction) of 99.00%. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It has high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low density, good plasticity, and can produce various aluminum materials through pressure processing, but low strength. Other process properties are basically the same as 1050A. 1100 is usually used for applications that require good forming performance, high corrosion resistance, and do not require high strength, such as food and chemical handling and storage equipment, sheet metal products, hollow hardware processed by drawing or spinning, welding combination keys, reflectors, nameplates, etc.

Aluminum veneer curtain wall uses high-quality high-strength aluminum alloy sheet, the common thickness is 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0MM, model 1100, state H14. Its structure is mainly composed of embedded plate, panel, reinforcement and corner code. The embedded plate is connected to the structure by bolts to bear force, and the corner code can be directly bent and stamped by the panel, or it can be riveted on the small edge of the panel. The reinforcing ribs are connected to the welded screws behind the panel (the screws are directly welded to the back of the panel), making it a solid whole, which greatly enhances the strength and rigidity of the aluminum veneer curtain wall and ensures its flatness and wind and earthquake resistance in long-term use. If sound insulation and heat preservation are required, high-efficiency sound insulation and heat preservation materials can be installed on the inside of the aluminum panel.
