Main features and application scope:

Heat treatment range:

Rapid annealing: heating temperature 350-410 ℃; The insulation time varies between 30 and 120 minutes depending on the effective thickness of the material; Air or water cooling. High temperature annealing: heating temperature 350-500 ℃; When the thickness of the finished product is ≥ 6mm, the insulation time is 10-30min, and when it is<6mm, it should be fully penetrated; Air cold. Low temperature annealing: heating temperature of 150-250 ℃; The insulation time is 2-3 hours; Air or water cooling.
