The 3004 aluminum plate for lighting fixtures belongs to the AL Mn alloy series and is a widely used rust proof aluminum. Its physical properties include: slightly higher strength than industrial pure aluminum, which cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but its mechanical properties can be improved by cold processing methods. In the annealed state, 3004 aluminum plate has high plasticity, with good plasticity during semi cold work hardening and low plasticity during cold work hardening. It also has good corrosion resistance and weldability, but poor machinability. ‌
