Global alumina production increased to 12.04 million tons in May

According to data released by the International Aluminium Institute (IAI), global alumina production in May was 12.04 million tons, with an average daily output of 388,400 tons. Global alumina production in April was revised to 11.754 million tons. China's alumina production in May was estimated to be 7.15 million tons.
